• Pilates has introduced me to the concept of core strengh. It improved the alignment of my spinal column, which in turn relieved or eliminated alot of my neck, shoulder and lower back discomfort. As you attempt each exercise you can feel your body as it becomes aware and attempts to adjust to each move.

  • Consistent Pilates workouts have helped me in many ways. Physically, after two very hard pregnancies and two c-sections, I finally found something that works on the one part of my body that was SO hard to get back to normal... my abs. Pilates and core strength building has improved my yoga, running and even makes ice skating easier. When you practice Pilates you automatically have an advantage in any activity that requires balance.

    Mentally, I just feel better when my mid section is strong. I prefer mat Pilates over the machines because you can’t cheat, you have to do all the work yourself. TRY IT! YOU’LL LOVE IT!
