  • During World War I, Joseph Pilates originally designed this machine from his rehabilitation work with bedridden patients in hospitals. The machine used the springs of a bed to develop the trunk of the body. Pilates saw that patients gained strength when their arms and legs were suspended in mid air with spring tension. The reformer/ trap table is a versatile and challenging machine that anyone can benefit from. It is builds a solid foundation to cardiovascular training.

Depending on your physical fitness level, spring tension can be adjusted to your needs. Also, this reformer convertsto a trap table. This means that additional exercises can be done on a stationary platform while using spring tension on a standing tower. A tremendous variety of exercises can be performed on the Pilates Trapeze Table (or Cadillac). From gentle, spring-assisted sit-ups to advanced acrobatics, the Trapeze Table offers exercises for all ages and abilities. These are the most popular semi-privates due to the gains in both agility and core strength built in a short amount of time.

*Semi-privates are 1 hour long and have a maximum of 4 participants. Each participant will work on their own reformer/trapeze table & tower.

A 24 HOUR CANCELLATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL SEMI-PRIVATES. OTHERWISE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR MISSED SEMI-PRIVATES.
